It all began with an abundance of home grown Habanero Peppers and some solid old school skills in the kitchen. We made our share of salsa and hot sauces then we started thinking… “what else can we heat up?”. Jam was our next thought and the recipe creation began...
We have tackled up to 27 fruit filled flavors of Habanero Jammy goodness. Perfect for anything from crackers & cream cheese to drizzling on chicken wings.
Besides our mouthwatering Habanero Jams, we also create a Mango Pineapple Ghost Pepper Chutney as well as Peach Carolina Reaper Jam, HOT Pepper Gummys and Kickin' Ketchup!
